I have been eating coconut oil for several months now. I’ll mix it in a raw cacao shake in the morning and stay satisfied all morning. It also helps regulate my BM’s. 3 times a day is the only way! I don’t think it really decreases the appetite. I think it’s just that it makes you feel satisfied faster because you don’t get hungry so quickly when eating enough fat, as opposed to when eating too much carbs.
